Jeremy combines a Security Review of each property in conjunction with the Customer’s Concerns and Desires to ensure that the solutions offered best meet the specific needs. Property security is a balance of lighting, alarms and CCTV with each providing different benefits. The latest alarm and CCTV systems enable remote notifications and access from mobile phones to check on your property or even to operate the lights. These systems are now surprisingly affordable, making it realistic to protect garden sheds and garages as well as your home or business.
Gate Automation
Selecting from a range of technologies including hydraulic, brushless motors and traditional electric operators enables the best solution to be employed to operate your gates. This can be a completely new installation or replacement of an aged automatic gate system. Specific solutions can also be provided for wooden gates which are prone to wind loading causing difficulty with closing or even damage in high winds. This service is provided in conjunction with Jon Jones [of Reddick Forge, established 1985] who is a specialist in architectural ironwork and can manufacture bespoke gates and railings to exactly match your property. Intercoms and remote operation of gates has also advanced significantly in the last few years, it is now possible to operate your gates from a mobile phone, or even have the gate intercom call your landline and mobile so that you can talk to your visitor wherever you are and open the gates for them remotely.
Installation
Installation will be completed with the minimum disruption that is possible to your home. There are technical solutions available to help with this including the increased use of wireless technology to enable switches to be installed without the need for fixed wiring to them. Therefore removing the need to redecorate when you want your exterior lights switched from your lounge window.
